Commercial Manager

We’re working with a leading Irish business to identify a Commercial Manager - someone who can take ownership of pricing strategy and help shape how products compete in the market. This is a senior role within a well-established value team, offering visibility across the wider business and close collaboration with trading, finance, marketing and supply chain teams. It’s an opportunity to influence commercial direction, work with senior stakeholders and contribute to board-level discussions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the development and execution of pricing strategy, ensuring relevance to market trends and consumer needs
• Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to guide commercial decisions
• Partner with analysts and category teams to deliver pricing analysis and reporting
• Support campaigns and strategic projects, engaging across the wider business
• Represent the trading team in key forums and retail engagement sessions

About you:

• 3+ years’ experience in a commercial role
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical ability
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Skilled in Excel and comfortable presenting insights clearly
