Barden are currently partnering with one of Ireland's leading brands in the search for an FP&A Analyst to join their high-performing team. Reporting to an impressive Commercial Finance Manager, the ideal candidate will be analytical, with a strong commercial acumen and a genuine interest in collaborating with business stakeholders

This person will work closely with the wider business, primarily responsible for assisting, analysing, and overseeing the achievement of the company's financial and operational objectives. This involves delivering high-quality and timely management information for informed business decision-making.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Strategic planning on short, medium and long-term objectives

• Analysis of business performance, providing insights, commentary and recommendations to non-finance individuals

• Preparation, review and presentation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for the division to senior management

• Participate in group wide projects as required

• Liaising regularly with cross functional departments

• Drive initiatives and activities which will promote income generation

• Qualified accountant with 5 years post qualified experience

• Highly analytical, with a natural numerical aptitude

• Excellent people skills, experienced business partner, strong written and verbal communication skills

• Detail driven, focused, appetite for systems and process improvements

• Motivated self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team
