Junior Accounts Payable Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Junior Accounts Payable Specialist will work as part of a strong finance team. This role will suit someone who is l looking to gain hands-on experience in a busy finance function and keen to learn systems and processes in a high-volume, dynamic environment.

• Processing and reconciling supplier invoices.
• Preparing and issuing payment runs
• Managing supplier accounts and resolving queries
• Supporting month-end activities.
• Other ad-hoc finance tasks.

ABOUT THE PERSON

• Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role is an advantage.
• High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive, solutions-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
