Clerical Officer (Human Resources Dept.)

Cpl has an urgent requirement for a Clerical Officer (Grade IV) to provide administration support to a busy HR Department within the public sector.

• Duration: 3 month initial contract with view to extend
• Pay rate: €19.57 hour
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00-5:00pm
• Immediate availability
• This is a site-based role (no remote working)

What you will be doing:

• Managing phones/email
• Inputting and maintaining data on an Excel database
• Filing, scanning, photocopying
• Providing project support – following up with regional offices for information
• Typing up reports

Experience:

• 6+ months of professional administrative experience
• HR background (experience/education) a plus but not essential
• Good typing ability
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
