Job Description

Posted on: January 26, 2026

Barden is exclusively partnering with a leading engineering and construction organisation delivering complex, large-scale projects, to appoint a newly created Talent Acquisition Co-Ordinator role.

This will be a critical position within the Talent Acquisition function, providing strategic and operational support to TA leadership, strengthening system governance, ensuring compliance, and enabling the function to scale efficiently.

Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Director, and working closely with senior leadership, this role acts as a right-hand support - using data, process discipline, and structure to drive consistency, visibility, and performance across recruitment activity. This role sits at the center of TA operations with a strong focus on leadership enablement rather than day-to-day recruiter administration.

The role offers a hybrid working model (3 days onsite) and a competitive package aligned to experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • TA Systems: Super-user for the ATS, managing user access, RtR compliance, PSL governance, and troubleshooting issues to improve processes.
  • Compliance & Oversight: Ensure recruitment, supplier engagement, and payments align with internal and audit requirements; track rebates, referrals, starters/leavers; maintain GDPR-compliant records.
  • Operational & Leadership Support: Manage TA inbox, purchase orders, and agency queries; support reviews and provide ad hoc assistance for interviews and reporting.
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement: Produce recruitment metrics and insights, liaise cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, and leadership; provide visibility on TA activity and productivity.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

  • Background in TA, recruitment operations, or strong coordination/admin experience; recruitment experience a plus.
  • Highly organised, proactive, detail-focused, confident with systems and reporting, able to handle confidential information, strong communicator with leadership influence.
  • Trusted, dependable, calm under pressure, motivated by process improvement and governance, able to challenge workflows and suggest smarter ways of working.
