An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a well-established organisation. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping human resources strategy, overseeing multiple sites, and developing policies and procedures from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures from inception.
• Manage HR operations across multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and best practices, including WRC processes.
• Provide guidance and support to leadership and employees on HR matters.
• Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries across the organisation.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in a senior HR role with responsibility for building policies and procedures from scratch.
• Strong working knowledge of WRC processes.
• Ability to manage HR functions across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and regulatory compliance.
