Purpose Of the Role: We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Ireland. This hands-on, generalist role requires in-depth knowledge of Irish employment law and a proven track record in employee relations. Experience in HR within logistics, transport, or supply chain industries is preferred. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive HR generalist support throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
• Manage employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, absence, and capability
• Advise managers on Irish employment legislation and HR best practice
• Support organisational change, restructures, and consultation processes
• Coach and develop managers to enhance people management capabilities
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and people initiatives

The Ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist
• A CIPD qualification (or equivalent)
• Lead and manage employee relations cases in line with Irish legislation
• Experience advising and supporting managers on HR best practices
• Proven ability to contribute to the development of HR policies, initiatives, and continuous improvement
• Experience in creating and interpreting HR metrics
• Ability to support change management initiatives as required
• Experience providing end-to-end HR support across all stages of the employee lifecycle
• Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Irish employment law
• Previous HR experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain is preferred
• Experience of managing a small team
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to work effectively as part of the wider UK & Ireland HR team while supporting Ireland-specific HR requirements.
