🚨 Hiring: Clinical Operations Manager
I'm working with an exciting early-stage biotech looking to appoint a Clinical Operations Manager with strong experience in solid tumour oncology, Phase I/First-in-Human (FIH) studies and cell therapy.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants to take real ownership of clinical trials, helping build clinical operations from the ground up.
🔬 The ideal candidate:
- 4+ years of experience in Clinical Operations or Clinical Project Management.
- Strong experience in solid tumour oncology, Phase I/FIH studies and cell therapy.
- Proven ability to set up and manage clinical trials from the ground up.
- Hands-on experience contributing to clinical protocols, SOPs and essential trial documentation.
- Experience working directly with hospitals, Principal Investigators and academic partners.
- Comfortable managing multiple operational responsibilities in a fast-paced, evolving biotech environment.
- A proactive, solutions-focused individual who can take ownership without relying on extensive internal infrastructure.
- Any experience drafting clinical documentation, including protocols, SOPs and other clinical trial documents, would be a strong advantage.
