Title: Logistics Administrator

Location: Clonmel

Reporting: Operations Director

Job Type: Full-time

Industry: FMCG/Food Manufacturing

Our Company

Blanco Niño is a rapidly growing, award-winning, premium Mexican food brand known for exceptional quality, traditional cooking methods and its advocacy of regenerative farming practices.

The business sells a foodservice (B2B) offering across 19 European markets and the Middle East, and a retail (B2B + B2C) offering across 5 European markets. The major focus markets are the UK and Ireland for retail, with significant opportunity across the European continent for further expansion through our existing distribution network.

After a year of incredible progress, including launches into Co-op, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose, we’re continuing to expand.

All of our production takes place at our factory in Clonmel, Ireland, which sits at the heart of the business and plays a critical role in delivering the quality and consistency we’re known for. We also have an office in London, near Holland Park.

The Company’s Mission

To produce Mexican food products that make us proud and accelerate the transition to regenerative farming in the process.

Your Mission

To ensure our customers receive their products on time and in full by coordinating the seamless flow of orders, stock and logistics across our supply chain, acting as the central link between customers, sales, production, warehousing and logistics partners.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented individual to join the team which exists as the operational heartbeat of Blanco Niño. This role sits at the centre of the business, ensuring the seamless flow of orders, stock and information that enables us to consistently deliver an exceptional experience to our customers.

Working across sales, production, warehousing and logistics, you'll coordinate the movement of products from our factory to customers across multiple markets. You'll build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners and customers, proactively solving problems, communicating clearly and ensuring every order is delivered accurately and on time.

As we continue to grow, so too will the complexity of our operations. You'll play an important role in helping us build the systems, processes and ways of working needed to scale successfully, including supporting the continued development of our ERP platform and identifying opportunities to improve how we operate.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, takes pride in exceptional execution and wants to make a visible impact in a fast-growing business where operational excellence is critical to our success.

What You’ll be Doing:Customer Order & Logistics Management

  • Process customer orders accurately across multiple channels, ensuring they are fulfilled on time and in full.
  • Coordinate outbound logistics with our warehousing and transport partners, ensuring deliveries are booked, tracked and executed successfully.
  • Act as the primary operational contact for customers, resolving issues quickly and communicating proactively throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Build strong working relationships with customers, logistics providers and internal stakeholders to maintain exceptional service levels.

Supply Chain & Stock Coordination

  • Monitor finished goods inventory across our warehousing network, ensuring stock availability meets customer demand.
  • Work closely with production and planning teams to coordinate timely stock replenishment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure operational data is kept up to date within our ERP system.
  • Identify potential supply chain risks early and work collaboratively to minimise disruption.

Operational Excellence

  • Support the continued development and optimisation of our ERP system and wider operational processes.
  • Help develop, document and improve standard operating procedures that enable the business to scale effectively.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and service across our operations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with colleagues across Sales, Production, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure information flows seamlessly throughout the business.
  • Provide accurate operational information and updates that enable teams to make informed decisions and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement as Blanco Niño continues to grow.

Who You Are:

You probably recognise yourself in the following:

  • You thrive on organisation and take pride in getting the details right. Accuracy matters to you because you know small mistakes can have big consequences.
  • You're naturally proactive. You anticipate issues before they become problems and enjoy finding practical solutions when things don't go to plan.
  • You're an excellent communicator. You build strong relationships, keep people informed and are comfortable working with customers, suppliers and colleagues across the business.
  • You enjoy bringing structure to complexity. Whether it's managing competing priorities, improving a process or coordinating multiple stakeholders, you bring clarity and organisation to every situation.
  • You take ownership. You don't wait to be asked—you see what needs doing and make sure it gets done.
  • You care about delivering an outstanding customer experience. You understand that operational excellence is ultimately measured by how reliably we deliver for our customers.

Ideal Experience:

  • Experience in an operations, supply chain, logistics or customer service role where accuracy and organisation were essential.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep track of competing deadlines.
  • Confidence using business systems and working accurately with data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience building positive relationships across teams and with external stakeholders.

It would be a bonus if you also have:

  • Experience working within FMCG, food manufacturing or another fast-moving operational environment.
  • Experience using an ERP system or supporting the implementation or improvement of operational systems.
  • An interest in process improvement and finding better ways of working as businesses grow.

Why Join Us:

At Blanco Niño, you’ll be part of a small, ambitious, and values-driven team making a real impact, not just in the food industry, but in the world of sustainable agriculture.

This role gives you the opportunity to shape how we manufacture products of exceptional quality at scale, supporting both today’s production and the future of our products.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and bonus
  • Pension contribution
  • Generous product allowance (our chips are seriously tasty)
