Capital Projects Contract Engineer

Are you looking to build your career in a dynamic, international engineering environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Capital Projects Contract Engineer to join our Inside Sales RDD Business Unit based in Limerick, supporting capital projects across the EMEA region.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the centre of project delivery, managing contracts from order receipt through to final shipment, while collaborating with global teams, customers, and major EPC contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of contract execution post–order receipt, ensuring compliance with customer specifications
• Coordinate and deliver comprehensive documentation packages in line with contract requirements
• Support and coordinate Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and quality inspection activities
• Liaise with internal teams, international affiliates, and third-party suppliers to ensure timely project delivery
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support on-time completion
• Work closely with customers, EPC contractors, and expeditors to ensure smooth communication and execution
• Coordinate shipping documentation and ensure timely dispatch of products

About You

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline, or 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience in EPC contractor environments, Process OEMs, or project management is highly desirable
• Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel
• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across customers and internal teams
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
