Construction Contracts Manager
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Salary: €140,000 – €170,000 base DOE + Full Benefits Package
Overview
Our client, one of Ireland’s leading main contractors, is currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead and oversee upcoming large scale residential projects. This company has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality builds across the country. You will be working on high-profile projects and long-term pipeline in the Dublin and the greater Leinster region.
You will take full responsibility for managing construction projects ranging in value from €75m to €350m. These are typically large-scale developments, requiring exceptional leadership, technical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of project delivery from pre-construction to handover
- Lead project teams including engineers, site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery
- Ensure all work complies with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and senior management
- Produce regular reports on progress, risks, and performance metrics
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may impact project delivery
Requirements:
- 15+ years’ experience in a project management role within a main contractor/developer environment
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects (€75m+)
- Experience on residential (housing or high density) is highly desirable
- Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-pressure projects on time and within budget
- Relevant Construction/Engineering degree or equivalent
