A super opportunity for an enterprising graduate or individual. The ideal candidate should have a friendly, outgoing and pro-active approach to working collaboratively with the Management team. The Primary Role Of The Admin & Events Executive
- Manage all aspects of the day to day enquiries.
- Schedule and plan the digital media across all channels
- Process payments/deposits for bookings.
- Grow and retain the existing customer base. Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the companies CRM or other sales management systems in line with current GDPR requirements from initial enquiry.
- Submit weekly progress reports.
- Attend training courses when required.
Education Previous Events / Digital experience would be desirable but not essential as would some experience of the hospitality industry. Fluent English both written & spoken Other Skills And Qualifications Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel essential . Please note: Only candidates with the desired experience will be responded to for this position.
