Graduate Programme

Our 18‑month Graduate Programme offers ambitious graduates a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in key areas of our business. With four positions available across Wealth Management, Human Resources, and Research & Investments, this programme is designed to accelerate your career through structured learning, real-world projects, and mentorship.

Running from September 2026 to March 2028, this immersive programme combines practical experience, professional development, and exposure to senior leaders. Graduates will gain hands-on experience through real projects, learn directly from experienced professionals, and develop practical skills that build a strong foundation for a successful career.

What You’ll Experience

Wealth Management Graduates

• Support client portfolio reviews and investment proposals.
• Assist with market research and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with advisors on client relationship management.

Human Resources Graduate

• Contribute to talent acquisition, HR administration, onboarding, and general HR operations.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR reporting.
• Participate in projects focused on process improvement and compliance.

Research & Investments Graduate

• Conduct market and sector research to support investment decisions.
• Analyse data and prepare reports for senior stakeholders.
• Assist in developing investment strategies and presentations.

Learning & Development

• On-the-job training and shadowing.
• Dedicated mentor and regular feedback sessions.
• Exposure to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Introduction to the Financial Services world.

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Finance, Business, Economics, HR, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with financial or HR systems is a plus.
• A proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
• An eagerness to learn and a keen interest in the Financial Services world.
