Our client is a leading organisation committed to operational excellence and efficiency. They are seeking an experienced Oracle Administrator to join their team on a 6-month contract, supporting critical transaction-based processes within their Oracle ERP system.

Your new role

As an Oracle Administrator, you will be responsible for processing and receipting transactional data within Oracle. This role is highly structured and focused exclusively on ensuring accurate and timely input of operational information, supporting smooth financial and procurement workflows. Key tasks include:

• Receiving transaction details from frontline operations teams
• Inputting and processing data accurately in Oracle
• Performing receipting once items have been paid
• Maintaining compliance with internal controls and data integrity standards
• Collaborating with operations and finance teams to resolve discrepancies

What you'll need to succeed

• Essential: Prior experience with Oracle Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Strong proficiency in Oracle ERP systems, particularly transaction entry and receipting
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling high-volume data
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a structured, process-driven environment
