Property Administrator - Part-Time - Galway

Role: Property Administrator  Client: Irish Property Agency   Essentials: 2+ years of experience in an Administration role (in Property or Professional Services); proficient in Microsoft Suite and using IT systems; confident in dealing wit clients on the phone, via email and in-person Location: Primarily located in Oranmore with occasional travel needed to Headford office (minimum of 4 days per week, with flexibility around working hours) Salary: €25,000 - €26,000  Package: Pension; Flexible Working Hours; Professional Development  Reporting to: Director    Our client, a leading name in the property industry in Galway & Mayo, is expanding their team and seeking a motivated and organised Property Administrator. The firm manages a substantial portfolio of residential properties and provides a comprehensive range of property services, including lettings, management, sales, and valuations.  

• Support the sales, lettings, and property management portfolio, ensuring smooth operations.
• Utilise the Acquaint CRM system to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, tenants, and team members to provide exceptional customer service.
• Organise and manage property viewings, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of property listings, contracts, and other documentation.
• Proactively solve problems and address issues as they arise, ensuring client satisfaction.
