Job DescriptionSenior Process Development EngineerOur client an established and high potential start up medical device currently seeking a a Senior Process Development Engineer to join their team. Reporting to the CTO the Senior Process Development Engineer will hold a key role within the R&D team and work in collaboration with Operations, Quality and Regulatory teams to transfer, implement, validate and scale up manufacturing processes within the manufacturing facility. In addition, the Senior Process Development Engineer will provide oversight of sub?contract manufacturing partners during routine production, scale up and validation activities.The Role

• Develop and optimize scalable manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and stabilize production, driving continuous improvement.
• Lead automation projects and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives
• Execute experiments and validation protocols, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate across engineering, production, and quality teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or related field (Level 8 or equivalent)
• 5-7 years’ experience in regulated medical device manufacturing/process development.
• Expertise in process validation, automation, Lean/Six Sigma, and structured problem solving. Strong communication, collaboration, and project leadership skills.
