Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation role located in County Dublin, Ireland. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business leads, performing market research to target potential clients, maintaining lead databases, and arranging initial outreach. The role involves closely collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers while maintaining strong communication with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of leads. Qualifications

• Proven skills in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads
• Strong expertise in Market Research to identify prospects and gather competitive intelligence
• Excellent Communication skills for client outreach and collaboration with internal teams
• Experience in Sales, with a results-driven mindset and a focus on achieving targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
