We’re growing our wind operations team and are looking for skilled professionals to join us in maintaining and optimizing our wind energy assets. We have 2 X Wind Turbine Technician roles available, this is an opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team committed to safety, quality, and sustainable energy.

Experience with Enercon turbines or similar technologies will be considered an advantage.

About the Roles

We’re hiring for two key positions within our operations team:

Wind Turbine Technician x 2

As a Wind Turbine Technician, you’ll be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. You’ll troubleshoot issues, carry out retrofits and component exchanges, and help ensure turbines operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on wind turbines.
• Conduct troubleshooting on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Lead or support maintenance teams during major component exchanges (e.g., generators, gearboxes).
• Complete work orders, checklists, and documentation accurately.
• Ensure safe access, egress, and compliance with all site safety rules and company policies.
• Participate in on-call rotation for weekends and public holidays when required.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience in wind turbine operations or maintenance (Enercon or similar technology preferred).
2. Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
3. Technical qualifications or equivalent experience in electrical, mechanical, or renewable energy fields.
4. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
5. For managerial applicants: prior experience leading teams or overseeing site operations in a windfarm or similar environment.
