Job Description:Foreman/Site Manager Required in Tipperary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to coordinate site activities and special projects and to supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for site productivity and quality goals.
• Coordinate department activities and special projects to ensure quality and meet agreed timelines.
• Evaluate site processes. Recommend and coordinate needed changes based on process analysis.
• Direct staff in the development, analysis, and preparation of reports.
• Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist staff in resolving complex or out of policy operational problems.
• Coach and provide career development advice to staff.
• Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years + working directly for a medium-large main contractor as a site manager on commercial projects and/or civil engineering infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Strong problem-solving capability.
• Experience in the management of sub-contractors
• Highly developed organisational and planning skills including the ability to schedule in an efficient, productive manner
• Ability to identify and focus on key priorities.
