Job Title: Bookkeeper (Management Accounts, Payroll)

About the Roles:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper to manage debtors, creditors, bank reconciliation, and payroll, and prepare monthly management P&L accounts. Ideal for someone with strong accounting skills and experience in payroll compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile bank statements, and manage AP/AR.
✔ Payroll: Process monthly payroll, handle PAYE/pensions, and ensure Irish Revenue compliance.
✔ Management Accounts: Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheets, and financial reports for decision-making.
✔ Compliance: Submit VAT returns, assist with year-end accounts, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
✅ Experience: minimum 2+ years in bookkeeping, payroll, and management accounts.
✅ Skills: Proficient in accounting software and payroll systems (e.g. Thesaurus).
✅ Knowledge: Irish payroll regulations, VAT, and financial reporting.
✅ Attributes: Highly organized, accurate, and ability to work independently.
Qualifications:
- AAT qualification or similar.
- Experience with auto-enrolment pensions and MTD.
