Admin Office Support

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Office Support professional to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within our busy transport office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
• Schedule and coordinate transport operations, liaising with drivers and clients.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for deliveries, permits, and compliance (ADR/GDP).
• Handle data entry for shipment tracking and maintain digital filing systems.
• Assist with invoicing, quotations, and basic accounting tasks.
• Support the team with general administrative duties and office organization.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (transport/logistics experience is an advantage).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with transport management systems.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
