• Oversee daily bar and restaurant operations, including staffing and scheduling
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety at all times
• Implement strategies to enhance the guest experience while managing costs effectively
• Train, mentor, and support team members to ensure consistent, high‑quality service
• Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and the local community to support continued business growth

Requirements

• Proven experience in a food and beverage supervisory or similar role within a high‑volume establishment
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, including stock control and cost management
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and remain effective in a busy environment
