Your Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
- Lead and manage the hotel's team to achieve operational excellence through the Senior Management team.
- Create a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for all guests.
- Develop and implement long-term strategies for growth, profitability, and sustainability.
- Drive hotel performance through financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages staff development, engagement, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Need
- 2-3 years of experience as a General Manager or 2-3 years as Deputy General Manager within a busy hotel environment which has a strong room strategy and focus.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, financial management, and industry trends.
- Proven track record in creating and implementing successful strategies for guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong commercial mind and experience in managing large budgets, revenues and costs.
- High standards for service delivery, particularly in Food & Beverage and guest relations.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to drive continuous improvement within hotel operations.
