Our client is a growing professional services and advisory business with an established international platform. Due to continued investment and growth in Ireland, they are expanding their Transaction Services team and are looking to make multiple hires.

Who should apply?

This opportunity will suit a qualified or newly qualified accountant who is commercially minded, analytical and keen to develop their career in Transaction Services. Candidates should have:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent), or due to qualify in 2026.
• Transaction Services or Financial Due Diligence experience is highly advantageous.
• Candidates from Audit, Corporate Finance or broader Deals/M&A Advisory backgrounds with strong financial analysis skills will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of financial statements with the ability to identify trends, risks and key commercial insights.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to work directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
• A proactive, resilient and ambitious approach with the ability to perform in a fast-paced deals environment.

Role and Reporting Lines

Working as part of the growing Transaction Services team, you will have significant exposure to senior team members, clients and the wider international Transaction Services platform. The role will include:

• Financial Due Diligence – Support the delivery of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across a range of transactions.
• Financial Analysis – Analyse financial information to identify trends, performance drivers, potential risks and areas of value creation.
• Deal Execution – Gain hands-on exposure throughout the transaction lifecycle and take ownership of individual workstreams.
• Client Advisory – Work closely with clients, management teams and other professional advisers throughout transactions.
• Reporting – Assist with the preparation of high-quality reports, presentations and financial analysis to support investment decisions.
• Cross-Border Transactions – Collaborate with Transaction Services colleagues across Ireland and the wider international network on cross-border engagements.
• Business Development – Contribute to proposals, market research and other initiatives as the Transaction Services offering continues to grow.
• Career Development – Build your technical and commercial Transaction Services expertise within a growing team offering significant scope for progression.
