Fund Accounting Manager AVP

My client are seeking a bright and dynamic Hedge Fund Accounting professional to join their expanding team in 2026, off the back of some new business wins and a strong pipeline looking to 2027.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the relationship with your clients across a suite of Hedge funds ensuring all SLA's are met
• Collaborate closely with your peers in other departments across TA, FR, Depo, Legal & others
• Review and approve NAV calculations (full & estimate) on daily/weekly/monthly basis
• MIS reporting to senior leadership
• Mentor and lead your team, managing career plans and developing succession plans

Experience:

• At least 6 years in Hedge Fund Accounting with supervisory/management experience
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business or similar
• Accounting qualification (or pursuit of) advantageous but not essential
• Superior communication skills, ability to manage internal & external relationships

*This role is hybrid with 3 days on-site and 2 WFH
