Our client is an Irish Start Up based in Dublin. They are currently seeking to add to their FP&A Team on the back of ongoing expansion. A dynamic company with an award winning finance function.

Who should apply?
Qualified accountant 2-5 year PQE who trained in a Big 4/Top 10 firm currently working as;
- FP&A Analyst/Financial Analyst/Financial Accountant in industry/fs who are looking for a commercial role
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent financial acumen and ability to understand complex data and processes.
- Willing to work hard to achieve targets in a team.
- Proven track record of consistently hitting academic milestones in a timely manner
- A great personality, able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Role and Reporting Lines
This role reports to the Head of Finance and will involve:
- Assisting in the preparation of financial information from monthly reporting to quarterly forecasts and strategy presentations.
- Input into all key business decisions, review, assess business trends, review past company performance and identify future issues which may arise.
- Critically analyse business performance using various business intelligence tools
- Analyse financial projections
- Supporting the company’s short and long term strategic decisions through financial analysis to allow informed decision making
- Design financial models and forecasts for the company
- Ability to benchmark company performance against external competitors
- Produce monthly/quarterly Financial performance packs
- Build and maintain relationships in the business with all senior manager’s and their teams
- Drive continual process improvements, promoting best practices, standardization of processes and automation to scale the business.
