Role Description

This full-time for a Quantity Surveyor is based in Tralee. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing bills of quantities (BOQs), overseeing cost controls, conducting cost planning, and preparing reports on project expenditure. The role involves collaborating with teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget while maintaining excellent standards of quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management
• Experience in preparing and managing BOQs
• Strong skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
• Exceptional analytical, numerical, and organizational abilities
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills
• Knowledge of construction and electrical industry projects is an advantage
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for cost estimation and reporting
