Audit Senior – Newly/Part-Qualified

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead audit engagements and ensure audit files are completed in a timely manner
• Follow audit practices and procedures in accordance with International Standards in Auditing
• Prepare audit workpapers in support of the audit report
• Conduct process interviews, document narratives, analyse process controls and perform testing of key controls
• Make recommendations to clients that address risks and control weaknesses
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of audit reports which are shared with directors and shareholders
• Participate on client calls
• Be able to guide, coach and provide supervision to audit staff. Your management of the staff has a big impact on how well they develop and progress
• Reporting directly to partners and managers on audit issues
• Developing audit client relationships
• Working within audit budgets

What Will You Need

• Newly Qualified / Part Qualified ACA, ACCA, CPA with a minimum of 2-3 years in practice
• Strong knowledge of FRS102 and Companies Act 2014
• Audit experience essential
• Experience of consolidation and group accounts is a distinct advantage
