We’re Hiring: Sales & Operations Manager – Signage / Vehicle Branding

EdgeSigns is growing, and we are looking for the right person to join our team in Cork.

This is not just a standard sales role.

We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about the work, enjoys dealing with clients, understands the importance of quality, and wants to help push the company forward.

The ideal person will be passionate about signage, vehicle branding, print, wraps, graphics, and the overall process of bringing a job from first enquiry to final installation.

You will be involved in:

• Managing new enquiries and existing client relationships
• Preparing and following up on quotes
• Booking jobs into the schedule
• Coordinating workflow between sales, design, print, production and installation
• Keeping clients updated throughout the process
• Helping to manage priorities, deadlines and job progress
• Looking for opportunities to grow accounts and bring in new business
• Taking ownership of jobs and making sure things are completed properly

Experience in the signage, print, vehicle graphics, wrapping, construction, fit-out or a similar project-based industry would be a major advantage.

We are not looking for someone who simply wants to “do the hours”. We are looking for someone ambitious, organised and proactive — someone who can think ahead, solve problems, take responsibility and help us build something bigger.

The right person will have:

• Sales or account management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple jobs at once
• A practical understanding of deadlines, production and installations
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Signage / print / vehicle graphics experience preferred
• Full driving licence preferred
