E&I Construction Manager – Pharma Projects

Looking to take the lead on major pharma construction? We’re seeking an experienced E&I Construction Manager to supervise and deliver Electrical & Instrumentation works for a high-profile pharmaceutical facility.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee all on-site E&I construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and GMP standards
• Supervise contractors during installation, testing, and commissioning phases
• Drive daily work planning, interface with multiple disciplines, and manage project progress
• Review drawings and documentation to guarantee high-quality, compliant installation
• Track milestones, resolve site issues, and support commissioning, handover, and close-out

What you bring:

• 10+ years’ E&I construction experience in pharma or biotech environments
• Strong leadership in managing contractors and multi-discipline teams
• Expertise in power distribution, instrumentation, control panels, ATEX, and GMP construction
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient with MS Office and project management software
