Treasury Manager – Liquidity & Process Optimisation

📍 Dublin City | Hybrid - 2 days in office

A newly created opportunity has arisen within a large, Irish owned organisation for a Treasury Manager to join an established Group Treasury function.

Reporting to a Senior Treasury Manager and working closely, this role will take responsibility for overseeing liquidity operations while driving process improvement and automation across treasury activities. This is a high-visibility role offering genuine progression.

You will initially spend time embedded within the operational treasury team, gaining a deep understanding of existing processes across cash management, FX, trade finance and liquidity activities.

From there, your focus will shift toward:

• Creating structure and improving treasury processes
• Identifying inefficiencies and driving automation initiatives
• Enhancing liquidity visibility and forecasting frameworks
• Strengthening governance and reporting for senior stakeholders
• Managing and developing a team

This role suits someone who enjoys fixing inefficiencies, building structure and challenging the status quo while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across finance and commercial teams.

What They’re Looking For

• Experience within a corporate treasury environment (or strong exposure working closely with treasury teams)
• Solid understanding of liquidity, forecasting, cash management and FX
• A mindset geared toward process improvement and automation
• Confidence to influence senior stakeholders and contribute at committee level
• Leadership capability, with the ability to gain buy-in and manage a small team
• Exposure to treasury transformation, data analytics or consulting environments would be advantageous but not essential.
