The Role We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Pest Control team, covering in the West of Ireland region. This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving growth within your territory. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across Dublin
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting
  • Deliver professional and tailored sales presentations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or business development
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding targets/KPIs
  • Strong account management and pipeline management skills
  • Confidence engaging with large businesses
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Desirable

  • Experience in pest control or a related service industry
  • Good level of Microsoft Office competency
