Our client is a global financial services business that operates at the crossroads of banking and automotive, supporting retail and corporate clients across 35 countries and backed by one of the largest car groups in the world. They're now on the lookout for a Graduate Business Support Specialist to join their Dublin-based team! (South-West)

Key Responsibilities:

Handling inbound calls and first-level customer queries, managing customer accounts and payments, processing dealer transactions, settlements, and end-of-contract activities. Support internal collaboration across departments, assist with system testing, and help the team meet performance targets in a customer-focused environment. Minimum Requirements:

• Qualification in a Business or Finance-related discipline
• Stamp4 or Irish/EU passport
• Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
• Impeccable attention to detail
• A genuine customer-service mindset
