We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join a Global Talent Marketing team and help drive the digital campaigns that connect world-class talent with exciting careers.
Talent Marketing is responsible for bringing employer brand to life across paid media, email, and digital experiences β helping the right talent discover the right opportunity at the right moment in their career journey. In this role, you'll play a key part in planning, executing, and optimising global campaigns that support hiring across the most critical teams.
This is an ideal opportunity for a marketer who wants hands-on ownership of digital marketing channels while working within a global marketing organisation. You'll collaborate closely with recruiting, employer brand, and marketing operations teams to launch campaigns, analyse performance, and continuously improve how we engage talent at scale.
The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong attention to detail, and is comfortable balancing creativity with data and operational rigour.

π RESPONSIBILITIES

πΉ Digital Campaign Execution
β’ Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of global talent marketing campaigns across paid social, email marketing, and digital channels.
β’ Manage campaign setup and execution across platforms including LinkedIn and other paid media channels.
β’ Partner with recruiting and employer brand teams to translate hiring priorities into targeted marketing campaigns.
πΉ Email & Talent Community Marketing
β’ Execute email campaigns to engage and nurture the Talent Community.
β’ Build and manage campaign workflows, audience segmentation, and campaign performance tracking.
β’ Ensure messaging, targeting, and timing align with broader talent attraction priorities.
πΉ Performance Analysis & Optimisation
β’ Track and report on campaign performance across paid media, email, and digital channels.
β’ Translate campaign data into actionable insights to improve targeting, engagement, and conversions.
β’ Support experimentation and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
πΉ Cross-Functional Collaboration
β’ Partner with recruiting, employer brand, and marketing operations teams to ensure campaigns align with global hiring priorities.
β’ Coordinate campaign timelines, asset creation, and approvals across multiple stakeholders.
β’ Help maintain clear documentation and communication across project workstreams.
πΉ Operational Excellence & Innovation
β’ Maintain campaign tracking, dashboards, and reporting using tools such as Tableau and CRM platforms.
β’ Ensure strong campaign governance, data accuracy, and operational consistency across marketing initiatives.
β’ Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools to improve campaign workflows, personalisation, and performance insights.

β MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

β’ 2β3 years of experience in digital marketing, recruitment marketing, or campaign marketing
β’ Hands-on experience with paid social media campaigns and email marketing
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills
β’ Exceptional organisational and project management skills
β’ Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
β’ Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting data and performance metrics
β’ High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
β’ Proficiency with tools such as CRM platforms, Google Workspace, Slack, and Tableau (or similar marketing analytics tools)
