Salary: €55,000–€60,000

If you’re an experienced grocery retail manager ready for your next move, this could be the opportunity for you. Excel Recruitment is recruiting a Supermarket Manager for our client, a well-established grocery retail business in the South Dublin/Wicklow area.
This is a hands-on leadership position offering an experienced retail manager the opportunity to take ownership of a busy store, lead a strong team and drive excellent standards across the operation.
The Role
As Supermarket Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the store, with responsibility for your team, commercial performance, customer service and operational standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the store team
- Manage the day-to-day operation of a busy supermarket
- Drive sales, margins and overall store performance
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer service
- Maintain excellent merchandising and store presentation
- Manage stock levels, availability, waste and shrinkage
- Plan staffing and ensure effective use of payroll
- Ensure food safety, health and safety, and company procedures are maintained
- Identify opportunities to improve store performance and the customer experience
