Receptionist required for a successful transport company based in Dublin 11. Must be available to start immediately.
This is a long term opporunity for the right person
Based on Reception you will be the first point of contact for all calls and visitors. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills, and enjoy dealing with people.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised and personable professional responsible for overseeing Front of House operations and serving as the welcoming face of the organisation. You will greet visitors and guests with warmth and professionalism, manage incoming calls efficiently, and ensure accurate message taking and distribution. The role includes maintaining and updating the CRM database, coordinating scanning and filing systems, and managing the sorting and distribution of deliveries and post. In addition, you will provide essential clerical and administrative support, organise job cards and office supplies, and oversee petty cash , playing a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the office.
You must have previous reception experience along with excellent communication and Microsoft Office skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established successful organisation.
