Site Manager
My client, one of Irelands leading residential and commercial developers are now searching for a Site Managerto join their high performing team in Waterford. The Site Manager is required to have robust experience in the overall running of the site. As Site Manager you will report directly to the Project Manager/ Contracts Manager.
Role:
- You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed to cost, programme, quality and safety standards.
- Supervising the buildings from groundworks construction through to full completion.
- You will be required to manage and coordinate all trade contractors whilst maintaining a high expectation of health & safety, and quality control, and to liaise with Client s Design Team in so doing.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and management skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
Salary:
- Excellent salary circa €75k-€85k
