Role Overview

We're at a pivotal moment, scaling our go-to-market motion and building an ambitious sales team ready to take over the market. We’re building this early sales team in person so we can collaborate, learn from each other and accelerate career advancement.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create Discovery Calls for the Sales Team
  • Optimise and refine the current outbound approach
  • Cold Call
  • Create and Manage Email and LinkedIn Sequences
  • Set the benchmark for excellence of the BDR team

Required Experience & Skills

  • 6 -18 months of BDR/SDR Outbound Prospecting Experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota
  • Strong hunter/prospecting mindset
  • Startup experience
  • Fearless Cold Call Skills
  • Operational Excellence in running outbound sequences/cadences

Nice to Have

  • Experience in eCommerce
  • Legal background
