Site Supervisor

Your new company A leading engineering and construction contractor with a strong track record in delivering complex energy and infrastructure projects is seeking a CSA Site Supervisor for a substation project in West Cork. This company is known for its high standards in safety, quality, and project delivery across Ireland and Europe.

Your new role As CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) Site Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day site operations on a substation project, ensuring that all civil and structural works are carried out to specification, on schedule, and in line with health and safety regulations. You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, manage site documentation, and liaise with the project management team to ensure smooth execution. This is a site-based role with accommodation provided for the duration of the project.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a CSA supervisory role on civil or energy infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of substation or utility-scale construction practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and other relevant site certifications
• Flexibility to work on-site in West Cork with accommodation provided
