Key Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Ground Worker in construction is essential.
• Must hold valid LUGS (Locating Underground Services) certification.
• Strong knowledge of excavation, ducting, pipe-laying, concreting, and general groundworks.
• Ability to read site plans and follow site-specific instructions.
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates required.
• CSCS tickets (e.g., Excavator, Dumper) an advantage.
