• Experience providing administrative support and/or coordination support to services / initiatives operating across multiple teams or functions and working to agreed deadlines in evolving contexts.
• Experience preparing and maintaining professional documentation, such as reports, minutes, action logs, summaries or briefing materials – including the ability to collate and organise large volume of data and information clearly, accurately and in a well-structured format.
• Strong digital skills, including the use of MS Office applications such as excel with ability or aptitude for learning software and analytics tools
• Experience working effectively as part of a team, including supporting colleagues, contributing to shared tasks and maintaining positive working relationships in a collaborative environment.
