HR Business Partner – ManufacturingLocation: North Dublin (onsite 3/4 days per week)

Are you passionate about making an impact through people strategy? This is a strategic yet hands-on HR Business Partner role, supporting a pharmaceutical manufacturing site and playing a key role in shaping the employee experience.

Working within a modern HR model supported by Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and a HR Service Centre, the HRBP partners closely with local leadership to deliver on workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and HR compliance — ensuring alignment with both site and wider organisational objectives.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic environment where HR truly adds value, enabling the business to succeed through its people.

How you will make an impact

  • Partner with site leadership as a trusted advisor, aligning people strategy with business goals.
  • Lead workforce planning, organisational design, and talent pipeline development.
  • Guide employee relations and ensure compliance with employment law and policies.
  • Support benefits, rewards, and HR programs in partnership with CoEs and the HR Service Centre.
  • Drive performance management, learning, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Champion engagement, inclusion, and culture-building activities.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle changes.
  • Use HR data and insights to continuously improve service delivery and employee experience.

What we’re looking for

  • 3rd level qualification in HR/Business or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated environment.
  • Strong background in workforce planning, employee relations, and HR business partnering.
  • Solid knowledge of Irish employment law and HR operational processes.
  • Experience working in a HR shared services/CoE model (advantageous).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Strong administrative and analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

This role offers the chance to combine strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational impact, supporting a site where people and culture are central to business success.
