A trusted Tier 1 main contractor known for delivering high-profile, complex projects across Dublin City & County, have retained the ICDS Group to identify & recruit for this senior role.

About the Role

Seeking a Commercial Manager to join their senior leadership team. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you’ll hold full commercial responsibility for administering major projects exceeding €75m. You’ll lead and inspire a team of experienced Quantity Surveyors while mentoring junior commercial staff to achieve excellence.

About You

Proven Expertise: Significant senior-level experience in the construction industry (IRL, UK, or internationally).

Commercial Savvy: Strong capability in managing all commercial & contract documentation for large, complex construction projects.

Leadership: Adept at motivating and mentoring teams to deliver exceptional results.
