Junior Site Engineer - GalwaySalary: €30,000 – €42,000 + Benefits (Car Allowance, Pension, Bonus)

We’re recruiting a Junior Site Engineer for a leading Tier 1 main contractor working on one of Galway’s major new developments. This is a longterm, multiphase project with a mix of commercial and residential elements - a brilliant environment for someone early in their career to gain broad exposure.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting the site team across a variety of engineering and technical tasks, including:

• Assisting with setting out and day to day site engineering duties.
• Working closely with senior engineers to deliver works safely and to spec.
• Reviewing drawings, supporting QA, and helping manage technical documentation.
• Gaining hands on experience with subcontractor coordination and site supervision.
• Supporting health & safety procedures, method statements and daily records.

This is a role where you’ll learn quickly, gain responsibility early, and be exposed to multiple aspects of the build rather than being stuck in one small area.

What We’re Looking For

• 1 + year experience as a Site Engineer in the Irish market.
• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar.
