Junior Project Manager | Dublin€55,000- €60,000 + Benefits

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Project Manager to join our Dublin office. This is a hands-on role in a small, dynamic team, ideal for someone willing to get involved across multiple aspects of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with design and procurement activities to support ongoing projects.
• Prepare and manage Health & Safety documentation, including RAMS, DABs, and other site compliance paperwork.
• Support day-to-day site management, including progress meetings, reporting, and coordination.
• Liaise with site Supervisors and Engineers to allocate tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
• Visit sites for project planning, future work assessments, and subcontractor coordination.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction or project management roles is preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Hands-on attitude, willing to take initiative and support the team in various capacities.
• Comfortable visiting sites across Dublin as required.
• Knowledge of construction processes, H&S requirements, and project documentation.
