Our client, a leading main contractor, is seeking a Construction Quality Inspector to support the delivery of multiple education and residential projects across Dublin and Wicklow.

Working closely with the Site and Project Management teams, you will be responsible for carrying out quality inspections, ensuring works are completed in line with project specifications, building regulations and quality standards, while maintaining accurate QA documentation throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP)
• Ensure all inspections and tests are recorded and filed
• Witness material deliveries and on-site testing (e.g. concrete cubes, compaction)
• Coordinate third-party inspections and testing
• Carry out quality inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Manage NCRs and monitor corrective actions
• Liaise with Assigned and Design Certifiers
• Support the Site Manager with QA documentation and project compliance
• Verify as-built drawings, O&M manuals and certification packs
• Use OBI and ArtechPro to coordinate with client representatives on site
