We’re hiring a Demand Generation Manager for a fast-growing Irish AI software company.

You’ll report directly to the CEO. You’ll have autonomy. And you’ll be expected to deliver!

Let’s be clear about the job. You won’t be “Supporting” sales, posting for the sake of posting

Chasing vanity metrics

What you’ll actually be doing 👇

Building demand that turns into real pipeline.

That means:

• Designing and running multi-channel campaigns (paid, email, SEO, social, webinars, partnerships)
• Defining ICPs and buyer personas that Sales actually agrees with
• Writing clear, conversion-focused copy (yes, you’ll get to write)
• Owning and updating the website so it converts, not just “looks nice”
• Running campaigns end to end — idea → execution → results
• Working with external designers, content and media partners
• Tracking what works, killing what doesn’t, doubling down on what does

This is probably for you if:

• You’ve spent 3+ years in demand / lead gen in tech, software or tech services
• You can talk confidently about pipeline impact, not just MQLs
• You’re happy being hands-on with copy and website content
• You want visibility, accountability and influence
• You don’t need to be micromanaged

💰 €85K base + bonus + benefits
