  • Ensure site and graduate engineers maintain and manage all survey equipment.
  • Oversee and verify as‑built surveys, ensuring understanding of tolerances and interface requirements across multiple elements.
  • Maintain a daily engineering diary documenting key activities and progress.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Demonstrate advanced technical knowledge across core infrastructure disciplines such as concrete, drainage, steelwork and brickwork.
  • Understand project specifications, particularly structural tolerances.

  • Issue and manage “Permits to Break Ground”.
  • Review and prepare method statements and risk assessments.
  • Identify information gaps and manage the RFI process effectively.

Technical & Safety Responsibilities

  • Fully understand the risks associated with underground services and ensure correct control measures are followed.
  • Support Temporary Works Control/Coordination in line with Sisk procedures.
  • Manage or support lifting operations as required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital information systems (A‑Site, Viewpoint for Projects, etc.).
  • Significant experience in design management processes.
  • Broad technical exposure in infrastructure disciplines including piling, geotechnical works, substructures and waterproofing.

Qualifications

  • Relevant third level qualification in Civil Engineering (Bachelor or equivalent).
