Job Function Supply Chain Engineering Job Sub Function Manufacturing Engineering Job Category Scientific/Technology All Job Posting Locations: Limerick, Ireland Job DescriptionAbout the RoleThis is a great opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing operations in a regulated production environment. In this role, you will support manufacturing processes, equipment, quality, and continuous improvement activities. You will work with cross-functional teams to help resolve production issues, improve process performance, and ensure manufacturing operations remain safe, efficient, and compliant. What You’ll DoAs Manufacturing Engineer, you will: − Support day-to-day manufacturing operations by monitoring process performance and helping to resolve equipment or process issues. − Assist with process improvements to enhance safety, quality, yield, and efficiency. − Work with operations, quality, maintenance, and other support teams to implement practical engineering solutions. − Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for process or equipment issues. − Support validation, change control, and documentation activities in line with site quality requirements. − Contribute to continuous improvement projects and support the introduction of new equipment or process changes as needed. EssentialWhat You’ll Bring − A bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Process, Automation, or a related Engineering discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. − 2+ years of engineering work experience post qualification. − Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while supporting a wider team. − Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across functions. − Good attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation and compliance. − A practical approach to analysing issues and supporting improvements in manufacturing performance.
