As Financial Administration Specialist, you are responsible for maintaining accurate financial administration and supporting operational finance activities. • Processing and maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable administration
• Managing order administration and supporting project-related financial processes
• Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and bank transactions
• Monitoring outstanding invoices and supporting debtor management activities
• Assisting with month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Supporting process improvements to increase administrative efficiency and data quality
• You are an accurate and proactive professional with a strong administrative mindset. You enjoy working with numbers, have a structured way of working, and are comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders across the organization.
• A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a financial administrative, bookkeeping, or accounting support role
• Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general financial administration
• Experience working with ERP systems such as Business Central, Movex, or similar systems
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• A hands-on mentality with attention to detail and process accuracy
